Sippin’ On The Sutras” with Thad Haas

In this class we will explore the underlying philosophy which grounds our practice of yoga by turning a critical and practical eye to Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra. And since we all think better with tea (okay, maybe it’s just more fun, either way), tea will be provided. Every other Sunday starting May 13th at 1:30pm. Held at 202 Douglas Ave., Charlottesville (Thad’s home). Class will be 1 to 1.5 hours long. By donation.
